The PaceSetter sprayer combined with new low rise adhesive products can in many cases reduce or eliminate the need for labor intensive mechanical fasteners. The adhesive, when sprayed onto the roof deck, will rise 1/8” - 1/4” and remain open for insulation placement for 5 minutes or so. The insulation boards are laid in over the adhesive with a full cure occurring in 15 minutes or less. That’s it. When it comes to spraying Spray Polyurethane Foam materials, PaceSetter performs second to none. Rated at 1 gpm, the PaceSetter sprayer can deliver 15 plus squares an hour.
